Party Time

•  When you decide what kind of party you want to have, you can call or text me and we can get dates arranged and set. 
•  Availability is limited each month. 
•   Payment can be made thru venmo, paypal or credit card.( $3.00 Charge for credit card and paypal processing)  Cash is accepted but is required to be paid at the beginning of the party.
• Deposit is required at time of booking for half of the party cost and remainder can be paid day of party. 
• If you choose to cancel after booking you can get a refund but 20 percent will be kept. 
• No refunds are given day of party, if you decide to cancel at last minute
• We live in a state with unpredictable weather and it can be hard to plan around that. Please try to prepare best you can.
• Tips are welcomed and appreciated, but not required. All tip money will go back to the care and needs of the ponies.

• I dont check my email every day, so text or phone call with a message left is recommended

All participants will need to have a waiver signed by a legal guardian before they can even pet a pony or get a picture with a pony. 

As a mom I know how chaotic the day of birthday parties can be, so I recommend having guests sign a waiver before they arrive. I have online waivers we can send them and I will have plenty of waivers day of as well. 

Helmets are available, if you choose to not have your child in a helmet there is a section you will have to sign on waiver stating you were offered one and declined. 

I would love it, if you would give the business permission for me to use any photos for social media and website photo gallery! 

I do have to ask that all dogs are locked up and away from ponies.  If other guests bring a dog with them I will need them to be on a leash and sitting by them while pony rides are being given.

I will need easy access for truck and trailer to be able to get around in and be able to leave when party is done with the pony,

 Most parties are booked for an hour depending on size of party.

The hour starts when we get there and ends at the hour mark or for however long you paid for. 

Waivers are signed and accounted for

A brief safety announcement is given before rides are given. 

Unless otherwise requested we start with the birthday child

All riders need to be able have enough balance to sit on the pony alone or with a spotter. Recommended age is 3 years old and up. 

  Depending on size of parties, most rides are about 2 to 3 minutes long and if requested birthday child can get a longer ride. 

I have found that is where most attention span can take. If time is left over then everyone gets a second ride. This has been what has worked the best for all parties. 

Pictures can be taken before, during and after while kids are on ponies

 There is a weight limit of 90 lbs

If you do have a guest that is over the weight limit, I can accommodate for a larger horse to attend for them if one is available day of party for an extra charge. 

Typically I cant book out for more than 30 days in advance. But if you know the date for sure, I will put you on a list and contact you if the date is available! 

Times and space can be limited I make sure each pony has enough time for training, working and rest period for their health! They really have the perfect life here. 

Please keep in mind that horses will go to the bathroom wherever and that does mean that they may urinate and poop on your grass or wherever your party is held at. I will clean up poop piles before I leave. But please keep in mind that even after clean up of piles there can be residue for a day or two. 

Spirit and Cookie are both learning simple tricks and as they progress with the learning of these tricks some will be shown at the party.
